Conditions of online purchase of Cerwood tickets
- To book and buy tickets it is necessary to fill out the online form with every mandatory fields;
- We kindly ask to the users to read the regulations regarding the protection of personal privacy;
- The purchase of ticket is effective with the compilation of the form and the payment;
- To obtain your ticket at the end of the purchase: a confirmation order screen will appear after the payment and an email will be send to your email adress provided during the purchasing step with a personal code to print. It will be possible to print on a A4 paper with your personal printer at home, valid and with regular fiscal seal. It is not possible to make multiple copies of the ticket;
- Users can buy multiple tickets in one transaction without a limit number;
- Tickets do not contain named references, so they are freely transferable to other people;
- Pre-sale tickets can not be cumulated with other discounted offers;
- Pre-sale tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance of the effective use;
- The specified price includes the cost of the ticket itself and the pre-sale cost;
- Open-date tickets are valid only for the current season and it refers to the payment date issued on the confirmation Order page;
- The access at the climbing courses is allowed only to the regular ticket holders;
- Payment can be made with VISA/MasterCard credit card or PayPal according to the procedures described online;
- Pre-sale tickets are not refundable;
- In case of renounce from the user it is not provided a refund for the paid ticket;
- The minimum required height for the baby and junior climbing courses is 100 cm.
- The minimum required height for the adult climbing courses is 140 cm.
- It is recommended wearing confortable clothing;
- All the equipment will be provided from us;
- For those who do not want to access at the games and climbing courses the entrance at the Cerwood adventure park is free.
